Ben Ray Luj谩n of New Mexicos Third District released the following statement in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, which is celebrated Sept. 15 to Oct. 15. As we celebrate the 28th anniversary of Hispanic Heritage Month, we recognize the longstanding contributions that the Hispanic community has made throughout our nations history. This years theme, Honoring our Heritage, Building our Future reminds us of the rich culture, proud traditions, and enduring accomplishments of the Hispanic community.
