He will continue to oversee the national publicity campaigns for Artisan s theatrical releases as well as the company s external and internal corporate communications activities. UK satellite broadcaster BSkyB has struck a movie and entertainment programming deal with MGM, which will supply Sky Movies with a slate of classic titles, including all five Rocky films and 40 other features such as Twelve Angry Men to Moonstruck. The deal also allows Artsworld - a niche channel specialising in arts programme that BSkyB bought into earlier this year - to share films with Sky Movies. The films include The French Lieutenant s Woman,1984 and Paths Of Glory.The movie deal was brokered by head of movie acquisi stanley cup tions Lisa Macdonald.The entertainme stanley cup nt programming agreement includes all UK rights for US drama, Las Vegas, starring James Caan, which follows an elite surveillance team at Vegas Montecito Hotel. It will be launching exclusively on Sky One in Spring 2004 stanley cup .Sky One also has picked up the second season of the gritty dark comedy, Dead Like Me. The deal further secures for Sky One all UK rights for the eighth season of Stargate SG-1, alongside re-licences for older seasons, and the second season of Jeremiah, starring Luke Perry.
